About the Founder

Eileen’s 20-year career has focused on building purpose-driven business strategies and workplace cultures. In various senior corporate roles, latterly as a Director in a FTSE 250, she has successfully addressed issues ranging from climate change to mental health, across many sectors. She is now focused on the growing recognition of a company’s responsibility to protect, improve and invest in mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Eileen believes that investing in employees’ resilience and positive mental health is critical to bottom-line productivity. It is a company’s investment in its human capital that creates an effective bridge between strategy development and strategy implementation.

Jo Martin

Jo has over 25 years experience in the mental health field in clinical practice and as a mental health trainer. She holds extensive qualifications in community mental health, counselling/psychotherapy and training, and has a Master’s degree in cross cultural psychiatry. Jo is a Mental Health First Aid (England) accredited trainer and a member of the International Institute for Stress Management.

Jo has assisted UK and international companies and organisations to develop mental health and wellbeing initiatives in the workplace, these include local and central government departments, IT and construction companies, retail and hospitality, universities and community groups.

Over the years she has volunteered with the Samaritans and Rape Crisis and currently works with the garment sector to address mental health in the workplace in south and east Asia.

 
 

Anthony Taylor

Anthony has a 20-year career across the private and public sector both nationally and internationally. He held several Head of Communications positions in both public and private sector organisations. He has been coaching since 2006, and over the last five years has worked with clients across numerous sectors including social housing, professional services, automotive, public sector, armed forces, retail, construction, energy and technology.

He specialises in working with forward-thinking companies who are concerned about improving the performance of their people while preserving their mental wellbeing. He is an accomplished and regular speaker about mental toughness, management, stress resilience and mental health.

 
 

Lou Harris

Louise is an experienced leader, working for over 20 years within Housing, Human Resources and Education.  Louise has held a range of executive and non-executive roles at a national and regional level, including Managing Director of Training Company, Director of Housing, Council member for Chartered Institute of Housing and Board member of a Housing Association.

Louise is a qualified coach, member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Louise supports organisations to develop and implement mental health and wellbeing approaches, and provides coaching, social return on investment evaluations, and training to both private and public sector organisations.

Katie Bancroft

With over 15 years’ experience in delivering HR and wellbeing programmes across multiple global public and private sectors, Katie is an expert in tailoring delivery to the specific needs of clients. With a background in psychology and Human Resources her approach to training ensures that the business and delegate individual needs are met. She is a specialist in mental health and wellbeing in the workplace specifically around prevention of illness and education upon the link between the physical and mental health.

Katie is an expert speaker and regularly leads webinars and conferences. She has extensive experience as a trainer and designing bespoke mental health programmes. She regularly leads conferences as a speaker for private businesses, public sector organisations and universities.

Teresa Weston

Teresa has many years of experience working in the Education sector both as a teacher and consultant and is a published author of a range of training resources in the field of leadership, management and administration. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor. Teresa is a firm believer that learning anything should be fun and enjoyable, however challenging the subject might be, and has a lively approach to training both online and in the classroom.

Teresa has a Masters in Education and an HND in Business and Finance. She loves creative pastimes and all forms of dance (particularly the Charleston and Lindy Hop!). In her spare time (when she isn’t dancing or sewing) she will be catching up on the Sewing Bee, Bake-Off, Strictly or George Clarke!

Jen Rawlinson

Jen’s previous career was 13 years within RBS during which she became a local CEO leading a team of 120. Her responsibilities included developing and delivering employee training programmes.

Jen is now a mental health facilitator, achieving 100% top box feedback. Her training includes 200 employees in DWP and 3 Mental Health Trusts within the NHS.

As well as an accomplished facilitator who is highly skilled at reading an audience and adapting her style, Jen is an accredited coach for business. She has worked with a wide range of delegates from community volunteers to senior leaders in the corporate environment.

Jen is keenly aware of the reality of supporting someone to seek professional help having supported a very close family member through her mental health journey for 6 years, finally receiving a diagnosis of bipolar 2 disorder in the last 2 years. She recognises the positive impact that educated and inclusive workplaces can have on an individual’s recovery journey and is keen to promote this wherever she can.

 

Kim Barclay

Kim has been designing and delivering training programs for over 15 years ranging from induction programs for volunteers and staff in the charity sector to Mental health first aid in a variety of settings including higher education and the private/ corporate sector.

With a BSc in Integrative Counselling, Kim also practices as a counsellor. She brings over 20 years experience as a youth and community development worker to her training style, resulting in an energetic and inclusive approach that aims to create a safe, challenging and thought provoking space. She combines warmth and relatability with well-grounded boundaries to ensure a safe space for therapeutic exploration and deep learning within training settings.

Jeremy O’Dwyer

Jeremy spent 20 years selling manufacturing machines to shoe factories, both at home and abroad.  During this time, he travelled extensively through Europe, Asia and North America.  Following redundancy from this role he started a new career in the public sector, working as a Support Manager for the police, whilst also studying and gaining a postgraduate degree in Management.

Jeremy experienced poor mental health for many years, which he kept hidden due to the stigma associated with mental ill health, particularly for a man. In 2010 he attempted suicide.After being made redundant again, he started working in the field of mental health awareness – initially as a speaker and then as a trainer. Jeremy delivers mental health awareness courses and the City & Guilds Suicide First Aid course. His lived experience of mental illness and attempting suicide has given him a unique insight into the issues, enabling him to speak and train with a passion.

Selina Clarke

Selina is a highly experienced mental health trainer and movement therapist.

Her career in mental health has spanned many areas including the NHS and higher education sectors and most recently providing mental health training to the corporate sector. Over the course of her career she has developed a keen interest in working with and supporting people to understand and take a proactive role in the well-being not only of others but more importantly themselves.

Selina’s passion for wellbeing has its foundations in helping people to make the connection between body and mind while working to improve literacy, acceptance and positive conversations around mental health in the workplace and wider society.

Tom Cleary

Tom has a background in business, education and leadership. He combines his own lived experience of mental health and wellbeing challenges with professional knowledge and outstanding teaching and training skills, resulting in the delivery of empowering sessions and workshops which consistently receive very positive feedback. 

His successful, previous career in education leadership as an Assistant Headteacher, caused him to experience significant stress, anxiety and ultimately led to burn out.  He took this experience and used it to fuel a change in direction. He now works full time as a trainer and coach helping others to understand about mental health and wellbeing, break down stigma and learn how to support themselves and others.

He uses evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness, ACT, Positive Psychology, CBT and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
